Director Biography – Alex Helmer
From his earliest memory of going to the movie theater for the first time, Alex knew that movies were in his future. A lifelong storyteller and cinematic enthusiast, Alex has taken his talents to Syracuse University where he studies film and is intent on becoming a professional writer-director. Alex’s main goal as a storyteller is to be able to seize audiences with realized, flawed characters within a lens that combines classic cinematic techniques with modern innovations.
