Synopsis
Deep in the heart of North Carolina during times of the american civil war, two good friends are excited to be drafted into service to see some action in the heat of battle.
As these young men celibrate their achivements, one of the mens wife who lives fairly wealthy is not as peace. Quite the contrary. She despises what her husband fight for. Her husband does not share the same views as she does which in turn has led to dangerous behaviours from him. So she does not feel safe and must escape from him. Before something bad happens..
Director Biography – Johan Henrik Markus Andrén
I am Johan Andrén. I am a film director and screenwriter from Sweden and am relativly new in the film industry.
I have always had a facination for making films. I guess one could say it’s been a dream of mine since i was little to become a film director so in recent years I have gone at a filmschool in sweden in order to persue that dream. So here i am. Ready to make films that will hopefully be enjoyed by everybody.
I really love making films that have a great sense of adventure and action in them. Something that can create great suspense and at the same time be fun.
My absolute favorite films have have got to be The Lost World, The Good the Bad and the Ugly, Gojira and King Kong. I think it’s safe to say that those four films i mentioned have really had a great impact on my life both in terms as a person and as a film director. While there are other films that have inspired me me, i don’t think any other films have had as much impact on me as those films have.
I have so many projects that are just waiting to be made but these are my first steps and i hope there will be more steps to come. So let’s go on an adventure in the realm of the movies.
