Synopsis
Stolen from a Denny’s parking lot in Nevada against her will? Fanatical Cinnamon relives the tale of her kidnap – or the beginning of her love story with her unhinged captor Rick, in the backyard of his ex-girlfriend’s mansion in Franklin County Missouri.
Director Biography – Maeve O’Haire
Maeve is a North London actor, writer and director who since Graduating The American Academy of Dramatic Arts in 2019, has created a list of work which all started from her $150 budget film ‘Desiderium’ which won Art With Impact’s Best Short Film in 2019.
Following on the success, she co wrote the award winning sports film ‘Attenuate’ with her partner Jon which also won her Best Lead Actress.
In 2020 she introduced the world to her first short comedy film Unleash Chaos that has now become a concept piece for it to become a TV series.
Maeve then flew to Greece to do a home style documentary of her dog’s rescue shelter to raise money for the charity and to bring awareness to the situation in Greece regarding stray animals.
Meanwhile, on the stage in London, last year she received an Off West End nomination for her writing with her co-writer Tom Chandler for their comedy ‘Night Light’.
While writing ‘Rick & Cinnamon’ she was in the midst of writing a one woman show. Now that both dark comedy projects are complete she intends to release them to the world this year. Maeve surrounds herself with incredible people who encourage her in all her ventures whether big or small and for that, she will forever be grateful.
